Yes, our kennels are heated in the winter and fan-cooled in the summer.
Can I visit my dog?
Yes, but only after 30 days of learning. After that, we encourage interaction.
Can my dog bring their toys?
No, for safety purposes, Kongs are provided for the dogs here.
Am I kept apprised of my dog's progress?
Yes, we send weekly progress updates and educational videos.
Can my dog finish early?
No, each dog will stay for the entirety of their designated program.
Can my dog take longer to finish?
Absolutely! Each dog learns at their own pace. Whether in our Obedience Programs or Retriever Training, we focus on building lasting results tailored to each dog.
Can I do partial programs?
No, our programs are built on lasting concepts and principles. Each phase is essential to the next.
What if my dog has a special diet?
We provide Purina Pro Plan Sport to each dog in school. If your dog requires a special diet, we can accommodate that at your expense. This applies to all training programs, including those in our Puppy Finder & Training services.
What if my dog requires daily medications?
We will accommodate your dog's needs based on your provisions.
